Ok guys not trying to steal the thread just wondering is a fuel return system needed for 400rwhp or not.

400rwhp is somewhat borderline... at that level it would be nice to have control over your fuel pressure. What is more important is if you can get your car tuned how it needs to be or not. You can always give it a shot and if you cant get it tuned how you want as your increasing boost, then you know where to start.

phunk would your stage 1 kit be helpful for running 400whp....

I've always been a firm believe, that a proper FI system should utilize a return system and rising rate FPR...period. So to answer your question...yes.

IMHO, you cannot discuss tuning and fuel requirements without knowing two things: Injector size, AND fuel pressure. With vascilating, unstable, or unknown fuel pressure, tuning becomes increasingly challenging, as you dont have a steady fuel delivery platform to tune with.

A return fuel system will benifit anyone with a forced induction car, and becomes increasingly important as you push past 400whp.
