you are going to have to change your name to veilside350zt if you go with turbonetic, the choice is clearly obvious...greddy, besides who likes lag?

Brett (is going Greddy later)

Turbonetics all the way!! The boost difference between the two is very different... I like the Turbonetics more... doesn't hit right away so you can drive normal and bet on it at 3300 rpms!!! My two cents.

I'd say it depends on your immediate power goals.. From what I have seen and this is of course my opinoin:

Greddy out of box no tuning: ~350-365 RWHP at 5.6 PSI
Turbonetics out of box no tuning: ~365-380 RWHP at 8 PSI

Now if you want to tune for more you have options. You can start with the base Turbonetics kit and upgrade when ready or you can get the Turbonetics tuner kit and after adding injectors and a EMS can make 401/418 at 9 PSI like others have done. The Greddy could do the same but you would need to buy a fuel pump and timing harness at the minimum. Cost wise adding an EMS and injectors and fuel pump to the Turbonetics tuner kit it is cheaper. If you choose out of box the Turbonetics kit does make more power untuned out of box performance. I guess we need to know your power goals..

Although my vote is for Turbonetics...

Man truely, I am going to install my turbonetics this week and everyone I talk to says the have never seen such a complete kit. Not tring to put any kits down at all. But i have not driven in a turbo G or Z yet mine will be the first in the state of Alabama to have a G35 with a Turbonetics single turbo. But this is my opinion for good HP out of the box turbonetics.
I have called and talked to Turbonetics the system is set up for everything already on the car from the spark plugs to the exhaust. Any thing extra you need a good tune. But i would say T-Netics all the way easy to install and comes with everything you need.

You should really change the plugs to the NGK Iridium cold.

TN is much cheaper, and has less installation time. The TN tuner kit, 510 injectors, and a UTEC is an awesome package for the same price (maybe less) than a Greddy TT w/intercooler.

I'll add, the greddy kit doesn't even come with the intercooler they make that an extra $1200! joke if you ask me.

+1 on what Mia said. For high power I'd suggest the Greddy kit. If you're just going for about 400whp, then the turbonetics would be cheaper.

Luckily most places sell it with an intercooler now but it does not come with a BOV either so you get to hear those turbos surge away... Like I said Turbonetics all the way...

well the turbonetics has just as much potential to make 450-500 whp as the great with the right mods and tune.. although you maybe be boosting a tad more ex... 9.5 psi made 450whp for me and I know at 11psi I will be close to the five hundreds... Its really all preference... With the turbonetics you HAVE to get ems to get solid numbers and if you have other mods... and like most would agree UTEC pr somthing along the lines of a full stand alone is the only way to go and that adds a grand to your total...
I say Turbonetics!!!

I've got the GReddy and love it. It's hard to ask this question and get answers since what person has owned both. They are basing it on what they own and what they feel is better. Ask your tuner what they think you should get.

You can just add a fuel pump and bump the GReddy to 400whp at 7psi.

I've read lots of little issue with Tn lately. People will rag on GReddy because they were the first kits out and suffered the brunt of all the testing of the stock block and internals.

it just depends......

do you plan on build up for super high hp 600+whp........then go Greddy

If you just want a modest super fast DD/WR/WD and possibly 500whp.......then take a shot at the TNST

ST is best suited for Daily driver with the lag there so you can just cruz at normal driving

With the set-up I have, I have been told with the Turbo XS Utec I can easily get between 400 to 440 HP. The only aftermarket parts I will have on the car will be my Strup Headres and 1/2 Plenum spacer & 440cc injectors..

ALso keep in mind with the TN you have to switch injectors to bigger ones too... thats another 500 or so... SO for the complete TN package your looking at 7300 or so for Tn tuner kit, Fuel return, UTEC with map sensor and switch, Injectors, and then of course gauges so total at 7500 to be safe.

The price I quoted up there is Mrsp retail not discounted so some things could vary... maybe 300 or so cheaper depends on your pricing. Also that is for the COMPLETE kit... and alot of the kits are not complete stock.

The kit comes with 380cc injectors though.
