*PIC* HKS Single Turbo (GT3037)
I dont know any info on it, I just found a picture of it.
Look close at the dyno graphs. There are three dyno's, they look like Stock (green), Single (red), & Twin (blue). The twin and single look very close. But no numbers. The oil pan looks great even with that screen. I just don't know about that baby intercooler.

don't underestimate GT3037. Althought it look kind small in the pic. It's the turbo that was used on many 400hp even 500hp 4 bangers that set up many track records. Not to mentioned it has superior reponse compare to turbo in it's class. Some of the fastest EVO used this turbo.
Top secret actually has one Z with single GT3037 setup a while back, and it was already pushing 430ps back then.

the GT3037 turbo is a great turbo. THat intercooler is about the same size as the mr2 turbo intercooler.
This turbo is $$ but then again it is HKS, and it is a dual ball bearing turbo. one of my all time favorites after a good T3/T4. It is not meant for super high HP numbers, btu for great track, quick response, low lag superness

Though garrett based, HKS designed and produce many of the parts themselves...even before garrett offered thier own versions for public use...but thats another story...

in the case of a nearly 400whp car, that intercooler is far too small for that kind of power. I really hope they use a slightly larger one than that. I wouldn't use that size intercooler for more than 275-300hp

I'd like to at least see some descriptions and compressor maps to compare to the equivalent garrett turbos then, because i've never heard this before. Hell, even some of the garrett people I've talked to have said they're nearly identical except for changes in the housings.

That is bigger than the mr2's intercooler and in my red one i had 342 RWHP and it wouldn't heat soak unless i was hotlapping in 90° temps for 45 minutes
(my 387 RWHP mr2 never had that problem because it had an air-water IC
