Default ATI kit need some advice & helpful hints from friends

hello,
i am in a little bit of a pickle d!ck..

i will be going with the ati kit shortly and am going crazy as i keep speaking to different people and shops all telling me things negating the other..
Right now the mods for the kit would read
Stage I
ATI SC kit
Walbro 255
RC 440 injs
UTEC Tuned By MRC
DEFI D-link
boost, fuel Press(in prep for fuel system). EGT

i know this has been discussed 10000 times but im dense and will ask again.. fuel return systems for 400 whp is it a MUST for now?.. i will most likely upgrade it within a few months (during the summer) but lets say something comes up.. will it be ok for a year or so? <-- a big factor to if i do this now will be tunning cost otherwise i will upgrade when i upgrade to a new plenum (so many new ones comming out )
Stage I.V
Wideband how important is this again it will take me a little while to get one @ 400$ will the EGT suffice for a few months?..

Stage II
Fuel return line
New Plenum
9lber

Stage II.V
KJR light weight pully..
i want to wait on this untill i feel how boost is with the stock crank pully there and then compare.. i have UR that will be comming out, i read in a post where someone said boost did not feel as strong with kjr

hows do those stages sound to you guys?

What gauge pod do you guys run?

what else can i add to my kit to make it saffer/more reliable and mo powa

* also i will not be driving the car much untill the summer.. when i first get it running it will be sent to my bro in cali for paint work... damn haters
