Default ITs me again, im finally keeping the car and....

building the motor, japtrix is doing the whole thing and honestly all the work i havent had to worry bout anything but paying for stuff, these guys are great, im sure gus(westpak)will tap in over the next few days on the process, im the guy who blew his motor n/a and dealer couldnt figure out what was the problem so I got a new motor under warranty and then put on the turbonetics turbo kit and blew my motor again, and now after alot of decisions ive decided to finish this car for good, built motor and all.

by the way if anyone can recommend a radiator that will fit with the turbonetics kit that would be amazing b/c i was gonna run a koyo but people say with the fans itll hit the piping so as of now All i have is the stock radiator and i would prefer to have everything i have a still oil cooler to help in cooling the oil, but for temp levels i got a nismo thermostat but since i will track the car(road course)i really do want to get a radiator for reliability you know

You're spending all this money to have the engine done why not spend a couple of hundred $ more and get pauter rods and CP or Arias Pistons? I know you are only going for 500whp, but there is no such thing as overkill IMO especially if it only cost a couple hundred more.

im going with wat japtrix recommended, im not really a hardcore drag racer, actually for that matter ive never been to the track, i understand what your saying but i trust japtrix and if they think its a good setup then im sure itll be strong enough to run, besides im gonna have 2 boost settings and for the road course ill never run 500 b/c thats uncontrollable, the 500 hp will be there just to know i have it lol, im sure gus can tap in and explain why they went with that setup, you are right though that the rods you speak of would of been overkill but stronger i agree. oh and the gauges im running are air/fuel, boost, and fuel pressure, and im using the stock oil pressure gauge, anybody recommend any other gauges i need or did i nail it all?

Eagles are much stronger than most 350Z owners are lead to beleive. The 300Z owners push them near 700 whp without issue. Considering they are 600 bucks cheaper than pauters I think they are a great deal.

The wisecos are fine as well, but the difference between those and say the Arias is only a hundred bucks or so.

It is all up to the end user and both will be fine for his build.

Oil temp is another gauge I would recommend. I don't think an EGT is needed with the a proper wideband AFR. That said, pushing 500 whp out of the single 3" dump pipe might warrant a need for an EGT gauge.

To put things into perspective, I don't think any TT owner would go for a build into the 500s with anything less than 3" - 3.5" Dual dump pipes (now that they are available) - not that it's needed, but regardless, you will attempt the same HP out of a single 3" dump pipe.
