I would personally push for 600whp on a built motor. From what I understand, it will be capable of 700+, though.

its all in the eye of the tuner and familiarity... I personally could care a less what system it is but i do feel there is alot of experianced UTEC tuners out there and Sharif has been pulling excellent #s with UTEC.

The Stage II will have a tune and wastegate spring setup to run 550 RWHP on a 8.5:1 compression forged piston and rod motor (pistons and rods only) at 15 PSI. The turbo is good for over 700 HP.

Heres the info I have on the kit now:
T66/Stage V ceramic ball bearing turbo
Wastegate setup TBD
750cc injectors
Tuneable EMS
fuel return setup
Walbro255 lph fuel pump
BOV TBD
Power output 550 RWHP at 15 PSI but turbo and injectors good to 700

im guessing with those power settings itll either be a new gen WG or dual Evolutions.

if the EMS is preloaded then all i have to worry about is the built motor part.

i like.... i like.....

I'm glad they decided to go with bigger injectors instead of the 550cc now I don't have to buy new ones. This stage 2 is sounded pretty damn good and I'm going to have to wait for it. Hey MIA is it still going to be released late spring or possibily earlier and will one walbro255 fuel pump with the fuel return kit that will come with stage 2 be able to handle 700whp?

Well heres the theory. The kit will come setup with everything you need for 550 RWHP. After that minor alterations may need to be made to go above mid 600s. Sharif has been able to push the car to mid 600s (along with several others) with just a single Walbro 255 lph. You may need a dual pump setup to cross into 700s but this really depends. Keep in mind that the Stage II has to be designed so that ANYONE running 8.5:1 compressior forged internals can make ~550 RWHP at 15 PSI with nothing else done. Several other mods may make their way onto the car and affect those numbers. For instance if you were to do cams when you built the motor you would need to fine tune the map Turbonetics sends but you also will make as much as 40 more RWHP then others. Stage IIs aim is to give someone with pistons and rods only a safe 550 RWHP with the ability to go far beyond that. Theres talk of including a water/meth kit with Stage II and as an add on for Stage 1.5 too. Nothing has been finalized but its in the works for now. The included water/meth kit for Stage II would be user programmable via the EMS (the ems will actually run the pump and is programmable via load or pressure maps)

Thanks for the info MIA. That would be awesome if it came with the water/meth kit. Just hope this kit makes it out before summer. Surely TN will maybe make a fuel system with the dual pumps as an option or something down the line..

We'll see what they do. I know they are still working on the fuel return system for Stage 1.5 and Stage II. There were somethings they decided to change on that so its going through testing again.

Don't want to hijack this thread but would it be a good idea to get headers for Stage 2 even though in another thread taurran mentioned that you kind of lose power in the lower rpm's and spool later? I mean is 600-700whp possible/work better with the stock manifold?

I wouldn't for the same reasons it affects Stage I.

Well I believe that we are testing out a stage two prototype t66 turbo custom out of the t60 housing and using the New Gen Wastegate to see the results. The project will be complete in 3weeks and will post results.
