My T-trim is still not done so I am just sitting here waiting Hopefully I can get some ideas through your posts.

Should have mock up piping done this weekend if all goes well.

Ravi - When we upgraded to the T-trim the IC that comes with the stock Vortech kit becomes a serious bottleneck in the airflow path. I THINK the stock IC flows 800 cfm so Bill & I both are using the IceVex IC-40M which flows 1200 cfm which is a perfect fit for the 1200 cfm T-trim ( The S & SC Vortech trims flow 1000 cfm ).
Hey, John - GET BACK TO MY CAR!!!
Post some pics soon!!

Not Yet!!
Ravi - Maybe John will snap some pics of the stock IC & the IceVex side by side before he installs it then certainly he'll take some as he fits the piping. Here's a link to the FMIC itself from IceVex - http://www.icevex.com/products_40m.html
It's an upgrade from the Vortech IC so since they both have 3" inlets & outlets ( I think the Vortech's a 3" ) then it's just a matter of fabricating the piping.

Thanks Bill, I just wanted someone who was in the process of producing one to build another, then the lubing part I would do myself but if it easy to make then I will have my guys work on it next week.

Thats awesome! Can I use that at 8psi with the S-trim Vortech? Thanks guys..I'll be with your guys' gang soon!
EDIT: Assuming it will work cool with the standard Vortech at nominal boost (8-10psi ..right--tht would be like the 3.12 to the 2.87 pulley??) I'd probalby like to purchase the intercooler and piping as well. Compared to the stock IC, is this both wider and taller? If so, by how much?
Thanks for all the help and pioneering the setup, I'm quite excited.

Not sure what the dimensions are of the stock IC but this is def. larger. If you want to see it in person then give me a little time and I can show you as I am in N.Cal also.
I don't think it will make much difference on a stock Vortech with the stock pulley boosting 8psi.
I noticed that I needed it due to my boost spiking at 9.5 psi with the 3.12 pulley and a few other add on parts.

Comparison
Ravi - Go back to the picture that John posted & imagine an IC that's about 5 inches shorter & 4 inches more narrow ( top to bottom ) - or about 2/3 the size of the pictured one That's about the best way I can describe ( & remember! ) what it looked like when I set the "normal" Vortech IC in front of the pictured one.
Maybe John will see this post again ( instead of being busy with MY car!!! & throw out a pic of the 2 of them.
