Default Vortec sc

Just a quick question guys. Do you guys know the details to stillen's 3 years engine warranty???? Because I think the only rational way to go stillen over vortec would be that waranty and I think they should be some firne prints about the warranty and its limitations! Also I heard Rick from this site did a dyno and aprox got 304 or something rwh how is vortec compare to stillen?

Also I was reading a forume on how bad of customer service vortec offers on this site and fauly intercooler I guess. what do you gusy think in terms of reliability and customer service from vortec. AND YEAH RAVI I HATE THAT STILLEN HOOD LOOK too.

Regards

I had a problem with my SS box that comes with the kit, and they fixed it for free. The shipping from Ontario, Canada to California was also free. They fixed and returned my SS box is exactly 3days. That doesn't sound like bad service to me. There is always going to be someone that has a problem with any kit, or product. Correct me if I'm wrong, but as for hp, most people are between 340 and 360 rwhp out of the box.

Actually my SS box has gone bad also but I switched it out to the Unichip. Maybe I should send mine in also to get fixed.

Ravi here is my car with the new bumper, still have to put the bigger IC on.

I love my Vortech and wouldn't swap it for turbos for anything, but I will admit it is not for everyone. You either like the sound of a centrifugal SC or you hate it.

Ravi, when we meet up, I will be sure to discuss all of the pros and cons with you as well as what mods I think are beneficial and what mods I think are a waist of money (I've tried almost all of them in my quest for more power)

Ravi,

Lou is the man. He helped me with a bunch of Vortech questions before I did mine.

Enjoy the ride in his blue beast!

you guys have any words of wisdom as far as the vortech install goes?

I'm going to be using a gates belt and have a few things from threads printed out to give my shop. Just curious if there's any other helpful things that should be pointed out to my shop since this will be their first 350Z vortech install.

They should make a Vortech sticky, or even have specific section for different typs/brands of FI. That would keep everything together.
