Hey guys my car is acting funny since i pumped gas up their by moroso

First my A/f at idle is all the way at the 16's and then starts to go into the 19's like its all good also my idle is bumpy and the car acts like it wants to shut down. Another thing happening when im driving normal and put the car on neutral its turns off. My car is tuned by the MAF sensor. Yesrterday at moroso it was like 56 degrees my car was feeling great i had no issues until i started driving home.

What do you guys think it could be.

BTW before heading out home i pumped gas in a gas station out side of moroso.

yes but i still had 1/4 of a tank of the gas i pumped up their when u pumped gas down here. I dont know the idle just acts like it wants to turn off like if its not getting enough gas today my idle went all the way to 20's i dont know what can it be and if i put it in neutral sometimes it turns off.

 

If it is the gas...its got water in it , or some thing !!!!! Did you re-fill it ? or just add a few gallons ?

yea but when i refilled it today i had 1/4 of a tank from the gas i pumped up their maybe i still have a little left. But if its not the gas what else can it be i dont think its the fuel pump its only 2500 miles used. The weird thing is that it started happening after i pumped the gas a few miles down the trip going home it started doing.

Could it be that the weather was so cold becouse the day was like 80 and all the sudden it went to like 50's do you think it could have been the weather change.

 

Who tuned the car ? I would call them and ask . Or PM one of the guys around here that know about what EMU you are using . You got some thing going on and I wouldnt boost it till you get her figured out

 

Sounds like you picked up some water in your refill. I had the same thing a while ago. I bought a gas addititve untill the tank was almost empty. Everything was fine after that. I also informed the gas station about this. I used premium Shell at that time.

 

I dont know tonight im going to drive the car around to see how it behaves when im just driving normally it runs good but when its on idle it just want to shut down and the A/F is horrible also when i step on it it stays in the 14's which is scary.

 

Ok guys the car is already back to normal it doesnt go back into the 16's or 17's so it ok now at WOT i still dont know but it doesnt do that bad idle and wanting to turn off.

 

good to hear...be careful till you run that tank empty and get some good gas in it

 

well i think it has 3/4 of good gas but yes ill be careful and thanks for trying to help me out.
