It depends how fast of a car you want, I had a Z, a G35C as well, they feel fast for the first week then not so much, I test drove several other cars mustang cobra, vette, ect yeah they were faster, but not scary fast like I want... the conclusion; I bought an SUV so I can buy/build a street/track car. An option I would suggest is a slightly used or new C6 and get the APS TT they have out for it, 700 HP ought to take a while to get boring...when it does World Products is coming out with a lsx block and heads for 2000hp+ applications 454 max safe cubic inches (should drop right in more or less), get motor built, sell stock vette motor, put in new motor and larger turbos....smiles for miles. Personally I am looking for a camaro/firebird to build up; built motor supercharged instead of turbo though.

No matter how fast a car is...the power will get boring quickly unless you hardly ever drive it. My Z feels slow and I've only put 5000 miles on it since the turbo install. The problem comes down to "it could be faster".

I vote for the modified TT 350Z over buying a faster than stock 350Z car. I love the sleeper aspect! I have done this before to Vettes, Beemers, Stangs, and Porsches, et al. I don't know which is more fun...the stunned expression on their faces or the way their eyes roll around all lopsided in their heads when I go around them so fast it blisters their paint from my shock wave. APS TTs are my weapon of choice and oh Lady of Sacred Acceleration, don't fail me now...

I blew off a '69 Chevelle with a just built 454 big block V8 at the drag strip some years back with my sleeper HKS Stage VI ++ Eclipse turbo. Afterwards, the Chevelle owner came running across the the pit area with several of his friends screaming, "How can you doooooooo that! Your whole engine is not as big as my air cleaner?!?" Those kinds of experiences... priceless. My 350Zs future with APS TTs is so bright it hurts my eyes! (he he.)
