Huh? If the kit was installed correctly the AC line should have been replaced and ziptied out of the way. If the hose burnt that they sent call REggie and he will send you a replacement. Then just replace it and get it charged..

Ive been having the issue where my AC even after a recharge blows semi-cold at best, and it blows HOT a$$ air unless the thermo is at 60, 1 click up gets me the same as on 90...musta been all the banging/moving/cussing at that damn hard line to make room for the downpipes.

I've been having AC issues since day one. The system doesn't cool like a stock car or a twin turbo car that was the first problem, then the line blew up because of heat. Now I replaced the line with the one Bryan sent me from TN. The line came off the factory fitting twice, there is green **** all over my engine bay . I'm gonna fight with this on the weekend. SOLUTION TO COME.

Perhaps JB-WELD?

check to see if your AC harness is burnt or not.

Mine was routed incorrectly initially and ended up blowing. We replaced the line and its been working fine since.

When I was at Chimmike's house while he was doing the install, I made sure to WRAP THE HELL out of his AC line to avoid any issues. So far he's been too lazy to recharge it.

^ Same situation as me.

Edit: I don't have a T-Netics but I'm experiencing the same issue.

damn $30k+ and no a/c i hope what ever i choose turbo or supercharger at the end of the summer i dont have a/c problems this is one of the reasons i hope hks comes out with a kit for the 06's my last car had the same problem i could never figur out why the damn a/c wouldnt work after the turbo install and re-charge so i just got used to it, but man on my new 06 no a/c would make me pretty upset.

i dont know if this applies to you FI guys, or if this is even helpful, but if G drivers are doing A/V work and have the sensor disconnected, the A/C will behave as you describe.

This is what I have been saying in the other two threads. This board is starting to feel like deja vu!
