Default GRD Update on CC charges

I ended up deleting my thread last night because I did not want to start a bashing war and it was making it's way there.

Anyway, I don't know if it's because I posted here or if they finally got their act together or if it was simply coincidence but as of this afternoon the credit is on my account and they no longer owe me any money

I'm still disapointed that they did not provide any support but at least they finally paid up and I am glad I do not have to take legal actions.

Thomas it takes up to 10 business days for credits to post, i don't think it has anything to do with you posting this. If we even corrected it today it would not show up on your account right away.

Probably right

Anyway, thanks for addressing this Irshad, I should have forwarded the email to you from the beginning then maybe this could have gotten resolved earlier.
