something is not right... there is no grinding needed with the CJM rails if you have the countersunk bolt version.

the hardware does not stick out from the fuel rails.... which would mean the the rails themselves are hitting your manifold, which definatly is not right.

Please send me pictures of your setup so I can evaluate the issue.

I have taken my manifold off a half dozen times, and removed and reinstalled the fuel system about 3 times, and have never seen this before. Maybe there are some minor differences in casting. Either way, its a good idea to double check the clearances, and grind down where necessary.

its not noticable unless you look for it sharif. next time you have the manifold off take a little peak on the flange, you will see it.

I have looked very closely. I even did some clean up porting on the lower plenum, and checked the gasket. I understand where it would hit..just not sure why mine is clear.
