The 0300 code will/can come on regardless of what management you run...its an unfortunate side affect of boosting what started as an N/A factory car..

other people in this trhead mention the falling power curve in the upper rpms.

What can be done to resolve this? Is this due to a poor design (too restrictive) of the exhaust piping to the turbocharger? That would seem to make sense, as all the TN ST cars can't make peak power in the same rpm band as when the car was N/A? If the exhaust and turbo piping is choking the engine's ability to exhale above 6000 rpm, it would cause the hp/tq/ to decline as we are seeing in the typical TN dyno.

does anyone have a cure for this? custom/aftermarket headers, larger piping to the turbine side of the turbo, larger downpipe, etc?

I am just thinking out loud......

"On any forced induction setup you want to have a fuel return system. If you look at any vehicle that comes from the Factory with a turbcharger they run a return fuel system to ensure proper fuel delivery"

SRT4 does not have Fuel return line
also jwt does without but with a trick

About 500whp give or take. Your block can easily support it, but the turbocharger will probably flow enough air for 500whp maximum. You would need a set of RC550cc injectors to accomplish this.

TN tuner kit is in stock, if you want one. It's sitting comfortably in my inventory cage.
