I have no patience

I went to the Dealership I bought my 2005 Corvette from.

They sold me a BRAND NEW Bright Red 2006 C6 Corvette Coupe (manual tranny) for $39,200.

It had a MSRP of $44490 and I had $1000 in GM card points that they applied.

I was gonna spend at least $6000 to $10,000 throwing a Supercharger or Twin Turbo on my 350Z only to run the same times or worse than the C6 and voiding my warranty at the same time.

Also, by the time I blew my engine it would have cost me at least $5000-$10,000 to repair that.

I did take a $4600 bath on my 350Z, but at least I am not gonna depreciate as bad as the 350Z with mods would.

The good news is:

For fathers day the kids bought me a Vararam Ram Air for my C6 Vert, it hasn't arrived yet, so this is going on my Coupe.

Another weird thing, the C6 Vert with the automatic sounded really weak, but this car with the manual has a decent exhaust note, actually pretty strong.
So I won't need an expensive catback immediately. Plus they don't do anything for performance.

So, what's the over under???

I kept my Cobra 4 months and my 350Z 3&1/2 months.

damn, what kinda job you got to be changing NEW cars like that and finishing up with a C6.... And not to be upside down with depreciation.

I want a peice of that action, yeah easy if you start modding the Vet then you definately will make an @$$ load of power but thats what you get with the 2 extra cylinders and larger bore's.

I am a Pharmacist.

I own a Pharmacy and Medical Supply Business.

I went through some hard times for a while, but it seems like things are turning around.

I have had so many different performance cars over the years, by far I prefer the feel of a natually aspirated V8.
Smooth effortless power with none of the quirks of Forced Induction.

Of course I wouldn't rule out throwing a Procharger on it in a couple of years and making 500rwhp

Dang, that Forced Induction Bang for the Buck always calls out to me

Let's see how it does at the track 1st this fall.

With the Vararam Ram air and all else stock I am hoping for 12.2-12.4s trapping 113-116 if I can drive it well enough.

That's cool.. we're probably going to build a 427 for my buddy's 2001 SS this fall.. He's already making 448whp on stock bottom end with heads/cam and bolt-on's..

I ran a cam only LS1 C5 years ago, he was running like 12.4-12.5@119

That is a helluva trap speed for just a cam.

Heads and cams on those cars and they get NASTY, then stroking it is gonna be insane.
