I dunno about that...All I know is that Marin took 5th to about 7200rpm and the speedo was about where 180mph would be the mph needle was pointing straight down at the mileage He still had 800rpms in 5th an all of 6th gear....I'm sure the car can go close to 200mph if not over 200mph but I'd only do it on a big flat straight with the best tires.. not drag raidals like crazy *** marin..

I am doing a pumkin swap on Friday. I can't wait! I am also install the blitz id boost controller with power meter so I can limit boost by MPH.

Not to take anything away form how powerful this car is...but that initial jump in the speedo is just wheelspin. You see the speedo pause for a second after the initial jump while the car catches up to the speed of the tires and then it moves more normally.

Nice car bri...but when are you going to post a dyno sheet or timeslips????

 

Dyno would ne nice, I wanna see the area under that 7800rpm peak...what cams do you run?

 

I was in 3rd at 60mph and didn't feel any wheelspin....and if you look at the mph closely it jumps like that the whole time you just can't tell because of the angle..it took 4-5 sec to go from 60 to 110..trust me I know my car and the only time I get wheelspin in 3rd at 60mph is when my tank is empty and I have no passenger..my tank was full and I had a passenger...look at it again it doesn't pause it just looks like it due to the angle and if there was wheelspin the tach would of jumped look at the tach it's steady...

 

I'm running a custom turbo cams by scott performance....I'm going to get a dnyo done at a different shop where I can get some different more accurate dynojet #'s..in time I just need new tires...
