Default Tuned Vortech Today at Church Automotive

As "The Tech" previously stated in his vortech tuner post, Sean at church auto is an extremely great tuner and i am very happy with my results. He is very informative and knew exactly what he was doing. Kinda scared the crap out of me at first since i've never taken my car above 5000 rpm (i only have 4000 miles on my car) so the first run i was like . Car is just insanely loud at high rpms, not a bad loud but you know. Anyway, anyone in the LA area, i highly recommend Church Auto for your tuning needs. They had me up and out of there in 1.5 hours and way better priced than any tuner quotes i've gotten so far. My cars runs very very smooth now. A big thumbs up to them.

For a list of my engine mods, click this link. https://my350z.com/forum/media-share/194030-my-f-i-setup-before-installation.html

I attached the dyno sheets in case any of you are curious.

whoa you mean you've never redlined your car? I suppose you should get used to it since 5000+ rpms is where the base vortech makes power

Congrats. Those are some solid numbers (especially tq). You have the right combination of mods for keeping the flow open for intake & exhaust. Enjoy! I am with Sentry - be careful until you get used to the power.

Car is extremely different sounding...

I have a few videos lurking around here already... however when i looked up the thread, it must have been deleted. Probably because a lot of flaming on vortech was done, since i as well as others were upset about the vortech idle noise (mine was a bad case). I bought a brand new blower and it was broken or something at the initial install. Also people were commiting on how vortech doesn't test their units before they ship them. My guess is since my issue got resolved, and it was giving vortech a really really bad rap, vortech asked the mods to delete it???? And that was only a week ago! I wonder what happened to that thread....

Here is some videos of the blower i have on there right now (at idle)

YUP...it was deleted. I sure hope vortech has learned from that post. They were nice to me...

I found the link in my bookmark.

yeah it kinda sounds like some sorta bionic cyborg jet car when you're on the throttle hard and hear the strong BOV when shifting. It also makes the car louder at WOT

Come on now Jeff...we don't have that kind of pull on here...maybe if we were an advertiser which we once were...anyway we did not ask to take that down.
