I got the Snow Performance Boost Cooler Stage 2 kit. Just wondering if anyone has any install tips and tricks that would help it go smoother. After tunning what increases did you achieve? Is the pump loud? Anything else that I might hav eleft out please throw in there!

Thanks guys!

i dont have that exact kit but the one i have is kinda loud but not too bad. weve had a hard time tuning with it so we havnt been using it but we plan to try again soon. one thing is to justy make sure you use/get the right size injector cause you dont want to put too much in like we did at first which causes some problems.

Depending on your immediate needs you might consider holding off on that kit. Theres a kit being finalized now that will be custom fit for the Z/G with a pretty bad@ss standalone controller. No guess work with this one. Detailed intructions and everything needed to bolt right up to a Z/G with no guess work.

Well they have the universal kit done. The Z/G specific one is being worked on by the Z tuner. He's had a lot of work of late and has had his hands full. I think you'll see some more updates very soon

I have that exact kit, easy to install and I got an extra 50 whp out, actually we could have gone higher but I'm still on stock internals and didn't want to push harder.

The pump is not loud at all.
I got the larger tank.
I didn't take pictures of the rest of the install. We routed the power and the water line through the cabin and into the engine bay via the big gromet on the passenger side.
I did have to buy extra long feed line because the 8 feet line does not reach long enough

here are some pics of my setup:

Tomcat, nice install. That was exactly where I was thinking of putting mine when it goes in. Only difference was I was thinking of trying to find a tank that would fit in the space where you have your pump. I havn't looked under the panels, so how much room is really in there? I was thinking of a tank behind the panels with a fill spout comming out through the panels. Is that even doable?

Again, good job.

Here is my cooling mist setup...

Like KTaylor, my system works, but my car is not tuned for it yet (even though the W/I has been installed since October. Planning on some cams and then some more tuning later this summer.

Interesting idea, however I don't think any track will let you pass tech that way, the tank is not mounted stable enough....from the picture at least.
I'd recommend getting that mount a little more sturdy before taking her out

I tried that

I could not get the little nor the larger tank to fit and there is so fn little room I ended up coming up with this solution. In addition I don't want to loose the spare tire space since I transport my slicks (one of them) in there.

You have to be creative because of the lack of space.
I like it the way I have it now.
