Amount of Boost:
16psi
WHP / TQ Numbers:
503whp and 481 ft/tq on a dyno dynamics with no dyno jet correction factor. These are the true numbers.
Costs
I stoped counting at $25K.
Your Opinions on your setup:
I am very happy with it. I have almost 10K extremely hard miles on this motor and for the most part no problems. I just swapped my 6mt pumkin with a 5AT and the car drives so much better. I would definately recommend this for anyone over 500whp.
Problems:
Headlift @16psi. I have added SVR Tech head mod and the car no longer over heats, but I still blows coolant out of the overflow. I just refill it every couple of days and I am good.
What componets you wish you would have used instead (If Any)
1/2" head studs and HKS head gaskit. They were not available when I did my build.
Future Modifications:
None! I am going to repaint the car and call it a day. I am looking to buy my next car sometime next year or the year after.

Tried to run it in 6th gear and the dyno couldn't handle more than 170 MPH.

Ended up running in 5th and not throttling slowly until 3500 for the torque comes too strong otherwise.

Power at 16.5 PSI
Made 612 or something at 16.5 PSI

With about 1000 people watching the fiasco of trying to dyno the car without bolting on the hubs

Note:
Dynojet is tricky with huge power and we do not have a dynojet in San Diego that can handle higher than 600 WHP

Real World Enough...

?
6XX something whp on a dynojet easing into it by 4000rpm, yeah thats real world enough but Id like to know your 16.5psi numbers on your dyno

Come here and see for yourself.

Making 5XX WHP on the waste gates on pump.

When do you want to visit?

No need to go see I take your word, you are a respected Z tuner. I simply want to know at any psi your dyno numbers compared to any dyno numbers you may have on a dynojet at the same boost setting

Thanks for the compliments...

I will tell you what, I will have JWT dyno the car on a Dynopak (try this week yet maybe tough cause the holiday).

Then, the same day within an hour, take to a dynojet. Won't go too much higher than 16-18 PSI so the DYNSHOPS dynojet can handle the power. With alot of power you need to STRAP DOWN SO TIGHT.

Will tell you the exact differential between the two devices.

Great Idea Alberto.

Greddy TT, custom feed lines, custom steel braides return line, JWT oil pan spacer, turbos rebuilt to 60-1's, Custom 3" true dual exhaust with Tanabe mufflers, Koyo 3 row radiator, Blitz SBC-ID boost controller, HKS FCON VPRO standalone with HKS Knock AMP, Dfi gauges: EGT (probe in exhaust manifold), boost, Innovate Wideband (dual bank AFR)
101octane with water injection

Amount of Boost:
Low boost 14psi
High boost (in the future: 23-25psi)

WHP / TQ Numbers:
Low boost: 635rwhp, 537rwtq

Costs
this is the 4th motor, I have spent over $85-90K for sure, and this is doing almost ALL of the labor myslef on the last 2 motors!

Your Opinions on your setup:
I am still getting used to the bigger turbos, less kick down low, definately take a bit longer to spool, but are necessary to tune to my high boost goal of 800-850rwhp (coming soon)

Problems:
Minor oil leaks from past turbo feed and return lines
motor#1: stock motor; broke piston/rod-totalled motor
motor#2: first design Arias pistons; broke 3 ringlands
motor#3: cylinder head lift; was making 615rwhp/575tq at 16psi on too much timing and completely stock heads/cams-pushed to their limit
motor#4: current setup... look to be breaking some records soon

What componets you wish you would have used instead (If Any)
APS extreme Twin Turbo system; looks cool, like the fuel system
Done my motor#4 build from the beginning (would have saved me lots of downtime, money , and blood, sweat , and tears!!!)

Future Modifications:
HKS 1000cc injectors, more boost

Coming soon; record breaking numbers
