To the rest of the APS users getting offended, I did not mean to offend anyone. Forget I even said this.

I didn't take it that way. the guy asked about single vs. twin. Just voicing out against your generic remarks that stated the aps st kits had problems. sure, their were some, but there are some high horsepower examples as well.

it still continues. The car goes pig rich no matter how much fuel i pull from that area. Can't rev over 6200. I found out that if I reset the ECU, the CEL is gone (P0011) and then I can rev to whatever RPM I want to. Very weird situation

Only1: Sorry for hijacking this thread from you. Getting back to your original question: it is personal preference, planning and goals. I can only tell you my goals and how I went. I want to build everything on the car, interior, body, brakes, and lights. So saving a few G's by not going twin's AND meeting my HP goals was a personal decision. I have seen the APS twins in action and true to form it is an amazingly fast. BUT, like I stated, a little more than what I needed to reach my goals. Keep researching and talking to folks who own both and you will come to the right choice.

As I said before, there are 20 success stories to 1 failure with any kit. But I did want to get a message across that it is NOT bulletproof.
I have nothing againt it, in fact, with its new reduced pricing, I may consider keeping the Z for another couple of years with this ST kit. That is as soon as I find a shop that is not so adamant in steering me towards a TT setup, like the three shops that I have discussed this with.

for what it's worth, my APS ST just passed smog here in Vegas - so no cats isn't a problem in states that don't do a visual inspection.
you'll love the ST - plenty of power - and it won't fry your engine with extra heat since it's under the car.

Oleg, if you are really interested in the APS st kit , give the guys at carversion2(www.carv2.com) in DE a call. they are the ones responsible for my current setup. they are authorized aps installers and tuners( some say they are aps dealers/installers and are not listed on aps's website). if you come down, i'll take you for a spin in my g35 so you can judge for yourself if the kit is worth the expense.

Yes, as we know all the turbocharged vehicles in this world with turbos in the engine bay "fry" the motor...

Seriously... I've noticed since the apsmotoring FI forum died off, much of this crap has been filtering over here.
