yeah when you say carried it out to peak do you mean, say 11 peak tq timing, and then 11 in all the way to redline??

those are nice numbers and i will be putting down right around there with the help of my new clutch, i am only running 13 psi (clutch limited, wont build anymore boost) with the same setup pretty much, i have 14 peak timing and then up to 18 at redline, your graph falls off a lot up top...

SAE corrections of 1.25 ??? seems a bit high, where you on the sun?? jk

so you made 483.9 uncorrected hp....

either way i need to see some trap speeds!!!!!!!!

Great numbers man...I cant get my APS kit to hold 17-18 psi..What kit?Extreme? also what actuators?Forged actuators? Mine will peak at 17 and drop to 15 psi..

the ol correction factor debate....here we go again

your uncorrected math is insane...maybe a 10% loss, if that (turbo cars lose much less per altitude than N/A)
it falls off because i have 12 degrees of timing up top, add timing=more power...i took it easy since i'm going to retune on the dyno in a few weeks

Wow-nice numbers, very impressed with how smooth that curve is. Can you post up an overlay of your Greddy numbers when Sam tuned it over this APS curve. I know the numbers arent exactly the same but they are similar Id like to compare curves

with the help over the phone of Ted at Scott's Performance, I tested my forge actuators before the turbos were out of the car, I played with different springs until I was able to see the wastegate open at 18psi...pm me and I'll explain the process...

it worked great!..now if I can get my boost controller to cooperate and make 22-23psi!!!

That actually is CONSERVATIVE

Keep up the good work!

to give you an idea...I originally tuned with 11 degrees of timing advance follwoing the torque peak, carried that out to redline...
I made 580whp and around 620tq...I added 1 degree of timing, so a 12 degree advance and picked up 20 hp and 20tq....

Because of the temps and time I had already spent on the dyno, I decided to finish this process after I figure my boost controller out, I will lean out the AFR to approx 11.8:1 (it richened up on the street, more load, richer afr)...and I plan to run approx 14-15 degrees of timing up top (I am running 101 octane and methanol injection) ...

so, with this same boost, I should be able to make about 40 more hp and tq...with 22-23psi, I will be well into 700's

im sorry man, just your dyno sheet says SAE corrected 1.25, so i figured that would be what the corrections were

i respect anyone building Zs not knocking anything, thats awesome for sure, cant to see some trap speeds...

yeah i definitely run ave of 3-4 more degrees of timing over peak timing at redline. now lets gets some timing in there and see what it will do!!!

I think he is referring to you switching turbo kits.
