And also dont forget the more agressive the tune on a stock engine, the more prone you are to melting pistons or detonating to pieces.

Seriously, the idea of a Super AFC on top of a UNI-CHIP is a really really bad idea..Your modifying and already modified fuel trim signal..Just IMO not the best solution or safest thing to do..

Since you do not have access to a Unichip tuner, your best solution would be to remove the Unichip, and run a UTEC, and upgrade to a slightly larger injector while you are at it.

How much power are you looking to acheive? Anything beyond 500whp, and I would strongly consider a CJM return fuel system.

I will replace the REV-UP lower plenum by the stock lower plenum , this will reduce my peak hp , and my fuel related problem. For now ,this is all I can do....
In a near future , I will get some kind of EMS , bigger injectors , and a complete fuel return.Iīm thinking in 520-530rwhp.
Sharif , when the UTEC have the ability to raise the rev limiter, in ī05 cars, please let us know.

With the rev-up plenum you will lose tq , but definitively make more hp ,in the 6000+ rpm.

Will do. But honestly, even on the rev up motor, there will be little need to raise the rev limit beyond the factory setting.

Unless you use cams and valvetrain.

So there's no way to get over 470-500whp with the Unichip? Even with upgraded actuators or cams?

no we were reffering to the rev limit..No use raising it unless you have cams and headwork..

But I donīt have a rev-up motor , I have the lower plenum only , and if you can get the high hp produced by the rev-up lower plenum , you will need at least 7100-7200 rpm.

Your at the limit of fuel you can flow with the fuel system and the efficiency of your motor.
