VRT, ... can you tell us more about the fuel system used?

also, which Pirelli tires are those? and what aspect ratio on the 285 and 305's? (i.e. 285/__ and 305/__?)

thanks!

Actually, the forum is the best vetting mechanism around. Guys on here are equal opporuntity, and they have challenged the dynojet correction we USED to use on our Dyno Dynamics dyno. So now, my dyno is called the "heart break" dyno....aptly named...since our numbers are always lower than a dynojet...or just about any other dyno on the market. I am cool with that now...and nobody ever challenges the dynos of Forged Performance anymore. You guys should do the same thing...SAE or standard correction DynoJet numbers as backup.

Stock Z's dyno between 207-215whp on our dyno.

For what its worth, Michael, this dyno you posted is the most realistic dyno chart I have seen yet. Appears to be an accurate assessment of the potential of your cars at 18psi...good work. The dynos you used to post with 400whp at 2000rpm where the ones that frightened me.

Thanks Sharif. This car has since been delivered to the client who is out of town. We are finishing its twin, this week and she is heading towards Tampa Fla, we will surely be Dynoed at the DYNOSHOP in San Diego on a DynoJet.

Just do a little math, say this last car is 600 WHP on a Dynojet, not hard, that is what we ran on Stillens so I know we are totally in the ballpark at 18 PSI, if we turn it up to 24 PSI, remove the cats, and add C2 Rev-up Cams, Wouldn't you give me a little credit that the power would be significantly higher?

On JWT dyno - We didn't go higher than 18 PSI for the Cats were clearly a restriction and didn't want to burn them up or cause any harmful back-pressure on this Brand=New motor. The client requested to maintain its Cats, not VRT - would have rather used Test Pipes like most other cars used in the past.

At any rate - Wouldn't mind putting a car or two on "HeartBreaker," Sounds fun!

Thanks again Sharif, looking forward to meeting in person, Ed Reeser tells me you are First Class.

FUEL
255 pump in tank - JWT boost pressure regulator, 600+ injectors, a custom voltage system to the fuel pump and fuel rail, Split Second. I know this all sounds crazy, but it works. We also have cars with full Altered fuel rails and return systems - great equipment, yet usually as a result of getting a car from another shop. We prefer the mentioned above and if you think for a second we are starving the car TOO LEAN, come to a track with else as I pull New Z)6s on a straight lap, after lap, after lap! It is jsut keeping the New Z06 off your *** in the corners is where my G35C has the problems, they are sooo fugging fast with Hoosiers, suspension, and cages!

Oh - Yes our 600+ WHP cars DO IDLE, Cold and Warm Start, and Read a solid 11.2 AFR with WOT!

Tires
As for tires, P-Zero 285/30/19 and 305/30/19. Beautiful yet VERY VERY expensive, around $450+ my cost each tire just for the fronts. Anyone have any Great Tire Recommendations for 19 inch above 285s? Please note I run 18 inch NISMOS with 285/30 and 305 or 315 rears on the tracks.

Good-luck with your build No-Limit!

How did you get a 255 pump to support 600+hp?

What hole are you talking about?

No holes, this is fun, yet I have no need to explain our exact system.

As for all of the details, Buy a car! Hire us! Get all the details you want...

SIMPLE:
The cars make power, we will continue to build with our systems, and we track them Bi-Monthly. The Best Part - They are reliable enough to keep our customers coming back two years later!

Cracks me up - Timeline
• A year ago everyone said we were Nobodies and Tim/SFR designed our only car, wow, that car's motor didn't last on the track with its Return Oil Pump and Piston Squirter problem. If you didn't know, I was SFR's first Z client and first built motor Z/G client. Tim is cool, no beef here, Good-luck Tim and SFR...
• We needed a TT system that could handle the track...JWT wasn't even distributing his kits, we were the first to do multiple - people still talked Sh$t and said that was BS.
• We proved them wrong and showed them we had 8 JWT kits last year when they insisted we only had two.
• We started a new strategy - We Tracked and Tracked and Tracked...Still everyone still talked sh$t, the cars aren't SuperCars...They can't compete with Vettes and Porsches on the track...We insisted they could. Remember this? I remember a few shop owners, won't even mention names telling me I WAS CRAZY...People only care about the Dyno #s, Remember this, you will read this and you will remember...Well, you were wrong and people LIKE ME, did go to the tracks and Did hire VRT cause our car past their car...AT THE TRACK!
• Still talking Sh$t, so to satisfy the Nay-sayers, we shot videos.
• Still the Sh$t, saying - Where are the Dynos, all we were saying at this time - Last September was we could make 500 WHP with a JWT and NO RETURN FUEL SYSTEM on a built motor and track the hell out of it - Still Sh$t talking...

SEE A TREND HERE?

• We produced dynos proving over 500 WHP a year ago, still Sh$t.
• More Videos, more cars, more satisfied clients, but even more Sh$t
• Magazines started writing, still more Sh$t.
• People said we needed Dynos showing over 600+ WHP on different Dynos, I took my car to Stillen Days, in front of 300 people, PINNED THEIR DYNO - 629 WHP and had no ability to increase the boost from 18 to 24+ PSI cause of SLIPPAGE...Still Sh$t Talking. DYNOJET BTW...
• VRT introduced and PERFECTED the 700 kit in-conjunction to JWT, my car was the first and made over 700 WHP.
• Still Sh$t!

Now you see the trend?

• We have now perfected the Big Kit to distribute and race, more customers and more magazines, Still the Sh$t.
• We have outgrown my garage (6 car garage with 16 foot ceilings), which BTW is on 2 acres in Beautiful Southern Cali with parking for over 30 cars...Still Sh$t.
• Beautiful Girls and Swimming Pools, MTV Cribs Sh$T, Still Trash Talking...
• Moving to new shop...Lifts delivered this past Friday. Still Sh$t.
• Best Mechanic (s) Multiple and I don't have to send my cars to Mossy Nissan to have them install my Built Motors...LOL
• Building a 700 Kit with Built motor for Sports Compact Magazine...Sh$t Talker(s) will Hate Soon on this as we try to Compete with a Track Prepared New Z06, win or lose, going to be fun...
• Proved we could RUN WITH THE FERRARIS...Still Sh$T. Only $20k build like I said...Calspeedway...Remember the Thread that got LOCKED for all of the Sh$T Talking...
• Building cars shipping abroad to Germany, Greece, and throughout the States...Still the Sh$t.

Oh Well!

We aren't arrogant, just confident...Keep talking sh$t trying to make a name (or KEEP A NAME) for yourselves, I won't talk Sh$t Back...We Let Our Actions, Cars, Magazines and Happy Customers Talk For Us. Funny how things work, stay positive and give people what you promise, care about their feelings and interest, and good things come around. We will keep having fun and KEEP TRYING TO IMPROVE THE Z an G as A STRONGER and BETTER platform for all of us.

When the new Skyline comes, we will improve that with JWTs help as well.

Take your car to the track...Have Some Fun...And those Haters, Stop Talking Sh$t...Gets Old and Stinks.

M

LOL - are you kidding me? First off Don has had his shop for years now and I doubt highly you're fixing his work.. I never said he was the best, but certainly one of the best the I know...

Tell you what - since you're local, and you're in the spirit of talking crap, I'll take a ride down and talk with you... I'm sure Don would like to have a few words with you as well for your comments here.

Where do you get you info from? My car is over 700whp and when you can build a car that's faster then my DD STI come talk to me... Want to race? I'm just ten minutes away...?

It certainly has, and like Michael said it is great. Everyone keep waiting I am working something out so I can get the bigger kit on my car and once I do I will take it to the track and we will see what it puts down. So keep your pants on and we will see how out of hand that thread gets!!! LOL!

lol keyboard ninja. This is all a bunch of crap. Why do people care so much about this? If you have something negative to say, go through PMs.

Idk, i had my doubts, but after seeing the stillen dyno, i come to believe it. I rarely see a Z or a G squat like that one did on the dyno.

I can't wait till Sunday the 29th when i get to see my FIRST 600+ rwhp Z (julians@ MRC). Im pretty excited about that.

Let us know how it does!

Picts, etc.

Stupid But: Wish the East and West Coast were a little closer, then it would be so much easier to Meet Up, Trade Ideas, and Run our cars.

Goodluck...

We'll be talking with MRC and setting their wrong comments straight...

I am far from a keyboard ninja - and why mod the crap out of our cars if we weren't going to race them? E-Town is so close to us as well...

I would love to meet with anyone in the area and shoot the crap and check out each others rides...
