Hmm.. you're probably looking in the ballpark of around $5k (install and parts).

Why get a supercharger when you can get the same performance from a turbonator for a fraction of the cost!! Sounds like a deal to me.

I take paypal. Larger IQ guaranteed. Just paypal me your desired level:

60 or less: $5

75 FORREST GUMP LEVEL: $10

100 Average american IQ bell curve (Forrest Gump and under levels, do a search possibly research with dictionary, and do try to avoid long gazes at the pretty pictures): $25

130 (2 standard deviations (Forrest Gump, do not attempt to understand this language, may result in even worse perhaps fatal

Dain Bramage) from the average: $1000 or will trade for Cams

160 (4 complete standard deviations, MENSA SOCIETY level (By now, Forrest Gump level and under have began to drool and uncontrollably began to attempt biting their Ears): The only way to achieve this level is to make Sharif give me his car, no exceptions will be made!!!

Vortech SC - $4500-5000
Gauges and other supporting mods - $800-1500 depending on what you want
Install - $1000-1500
Tune - $350-600

So, it looks like around $6650-8600 give or take.

Procharger 4,800.00 from JD performance, 5,700.00 full retail.
Install and dyno tuning about 1,000.00 total
Look at spending about 6,000.00.

Gonna have to add another $1000 for a EMU....or end up breaking ringlands on most of the pistons

vortech is the best per dollar. I have a Stillen and there is more cost in installing the Stillen than the Vortech. But as any will tell you the more power you have the more you want. If money is a concern then you probably need to save more. FI is like a new relationship. You put more into it to keep it growing and satisfying. There is nothing you would do to keep yourself and your car happy. If you are in a new relationship or just getting married I would wait a while.
