I tapped my upper pan and still ran a JWT spacer. If Vortech wants to cover thier *** why wouldn't you?

I agree that while it seems like it would be easier and look cleaner to tap into the oil pan spacer I would not even consider it if it voids the warrenty considering the price of the units themselves if you start to have issues.

Yes, we have the JWT ones. There has been a couple of customers that bought both the Vortech and the Spacer from us and have used this combo and there has been no problems up to date from them. Just recently it was brought to my attention that Vortech will void the warranty.
