I met Sharif on an Angeles Crest Mountain Drive in California before he relocated back east. I was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the car. IF I was back east, he would be the gentleman that I would go to.

 

I remember that day vividly. I was amazing at your driving skills on the Crest...I imagine you have improved even more in the past 3 years.

Ed, there are plenty of nice investment/vacation properties in the South East. I think you need a remote operation out here.

 

After being on this forum and over at G35driver.com over the years, Sharif is the FINAL word in G/Z FI work...and this is coming from someone who isn't even a customer....yet! I actually saw Sharif's car at HIN Charlotte, and wanted to meet him...but I didn't get a chance. One day Sharif...you'll be getting a call or email from me...one day my friend.

I have never bought anything form him, or even met him face to face, but when I had an issue with my piece of **** turbonetics kit,and nobody at turbonetics was willing to help me (the poeple who make the kit), i was about to scrap the whole idea and sell the z. None of the local guys could help, and my frined chris told me call sharif, so i did, he stopped what he was doing(working on a customers car) to come help me trouble shoot the car over phone for over an hour! unlike turbonetics, he did not even ask if i had been in to see him, or if i had ever bought anything form him, or look for excuses to try to get out of helping me like they did. His main concern was getting this perfect strangers car running right, and he went out of his way to help me, and ultimately saved my project and found what was robbing my car of over 90hp. HE IS THE MAN!! It a shame when the company who makes the kit and profited off you wont help, but a perfect stranger will put making money on hold to help a fellow enthusist! he is the pinnicale of what this scene should be about! Instead of a leach who is only here to promote the kit that is their to further put there car on a pedistal, like the majotiry of people in this scene and on the board....
