We shall see soon...I didn't sleeve my block.

700 rwhp, with stock sleeves would be taking a big chance; especially if you track it.

Interesting, everything stock; what sort of boost levels are we talking about?

I am just waiting for my JWT BB-700 to arrive and I'm back on the road.

I track (d) the hell out of mine this year. Watch our videos.

16-18 PSI is all I can handle road-racing. Around 600+ PSI.

Note: Get some driving lessons if you are an awesome driver...

Bunches and Bunches of hand fulls.

I just finished my Yellow Z with the 700s and now I am about to go even faster cause this baby is so low and sticky...

That is amazing, 600+ up to 700rwhp, 16 to 18 psi, and all on stock internals While people were blowing windows at 9 psi @ 400 rwhp.

It must be the JWT's that's so well calibrated for the VQs, that’s really awesome; Ii is am truly wild that the JWT’s generates that much power with the stock injectors.

In the past we were made to believe that the stock injectors were not durable, even at 400 rwhp

yah... i agree on everything...

plus i mean jwts uses ok..stock injectors.. but they are maxed out .... you generally wanna have bigger injectors to be in the 80% duty..right?

Alright, didn't think that it was possible myself, as I was pushing 400 rwhp and blew my head gasket 3 times. And, since I had the engine taken apart I decided to replace all the internals, and not have to take it apart every so often.

So what size injectors are you using?

Thanks

650 yet with the boost fuel pressure regulator and the increase in voltage to the fuel pump, we are flowing more like 750-800.

Who built your motor?

Perhaps we can build you one and ship it to you?

Thanks for the offer, man.

My motor is completed and sitting in the car, waiting for the BB-700 to arrive. The JWT 530 were shipped to me by mistake.

Vinny Ten rebuilt my motor, we replaced all internal components and ported the heads.

Not certain what Vinny replaced my unorthodoxracing with, it's either the Ceramic or Feramic 4 puck disc. I am also adding the L2 1/2 shafts

im sure u can do it.
modified mag says that the VQ block itself is very capable and can withstand nearly 800HP but the pistons and rods on the other hand cannot.

allso we have some guys in here did pas the 700 whp on DJ with unlseeved block.

allso dont forget, JUN japane installd T88 turbo with the stroker kit that they have and they did 1000hp.
in the mag, they talkd about all the mods and the didnt say sleevs .

ones u can cool ur heads and block ull be away from all the problems.

ask all the guys that have 350z in kuwait in my 350z.

i run a stock head gasket and stock head bolts and did 500whp at 11.5 psi and i didnt have any problems.

my mods are :
cp pistons
eagle rods
nismo cams ( they are better then JWT ) i test them both.
koyo radiator
nismo oilcooler
greddy TT kit with FMIC
1 setp colder spark plugs
E-Manage Ultimate

one more thing. M/E cars are JDM spec
in the last weeks we just know that the blots that we have in the JDM engine are modified !!!!
thats why we can do 500whp with out any problems

i hope this can help u.

and im sure with the L19 ull be fine. just get for ur car the set up that sharif have in his shop. and get to ur car a radiator with an oilcooler and ull be fine.

keep in mind, modified mag and all other magazines for that matter, report what they are told (on the forums- people out there doing the R&D)...so, they obviously believed someone who said the block could handle 800hp, this is far from accurate or factual, simply an opinion at this point... as there is not a single undisputable dyno that shows 800whp (or 700whp for that matter) on an unsleeved block

I guess the real question is who's cracked the stock sleeves pushing what kind of power? Given a setup with upgraded head gaskets, ARP L19's or 1/2", and a nice set of pistons and rods, who's seen the stock sleeves fail?

Anyone?
