I am in the process of putting the intercooler on the car, doesnt look to bad but there are no instructions, any advice would greatly help or a pdf file.

Also, where in the world do you put the bov? greddy type rs? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated along with pictures if available.

Well as far as the BOV is concerned, the Greddy kits usually come with the flange on the pipe, so it is a no brainer as to where it goes.

My kit didn't have one, I even had to buy a flange.

It appears that it needs to be welded to the piping.

You'll need a flange and it will need to be welded on the piping after the intercooler. Usually right in front of the driverside tire. Just make sure they weld it so it points the correct way.

Are you sure you got the correct piping? Its a direct mount on the piping after the intercooler.

PM me your email addy if you want and I can send you the instructions for the IC. It's about 6MB in size because they're raw scans of the pages. My BOV is installed under the bumper on the charge pipe right as it's coming off the IC.

Looks like the MAF is right under it. I have mine lower, right after the bend coming up.

Like has already been stated, you will need to have the flange welded to the pipe before you can install it. The kit does not come with it already welded. Mine is behind the bumper but in front of the driver's side tire.

I can see that it needs to welded thanks for the input. I am also considering welding it where you have yours.

Not sure if it being before or after the MAF makes a difference. I'd guess you would want it before though.

I deliberately took lots of pics of the intercooler piping so that it would help others ...
