those aren't the 'best' on the market, but they're both good. I would venture to say they're pretty equivalent in features and use, it's really up to you as to what you want specifically.

I´m using the Apexi AVC-R ,I have perfect control over my boost, and a gear based boost control is very good idea in a rwd car , I get 6 psi in 1st gear , and 11 psi in 4th and 5th gears...............The BLITZ SBCi color have this capability.

I was under the impression that because of the can communication system or whatever it is that there was no wire to hook up to read speed on electronic boost controllers. Is that not the case?

I love the boost controlled throught the UTEC via the TXS BCS. For $90, you can't even compare the bang for the buck with any other EBC.
you can set it up to either modulate the duty cycle of the solenoid, or you can choose "closed loop" control which gives Manifold pressure feedback to regulate the boost to you setting.
additional feature are adjust boost gain and a setting to hold the wastegate closed below a preset boost level.
finally, the boost mapping is setup via a 2-axis map of TPS (0-100%) and rpm (0-9000 rpm in 250 rpm increments). I like this because I can adjust my boost level by modulating the throttle. I have different boost level setting depanding on my Throttle angle. I helps with traction, alot.
