Is there a reason your sig is misleading?

Coach, even at 600whp, we dont spin......starting from 65mph or so. Having this much power, is still a blast...even if you cant use it 100% off the line with street tires:

+1...I am not against big WHP #'s by any means its just aggravating to see the punks with SRT's and WRX's brag about how they walked a F.I. 350z from a dig when the Z couldn't get traction. They never want to race from a 35-40mph roll....HMMMM wonder why!!!!

Exactly...without slicks, or at least some really warm DR's, it's a fools game to try and race them from a dig. But from a roll, they will be decimated.

I say races should be first person to 150 or 200mph.. that will shut them up..
As for me, I like my really warm 305 DR's.. They stick pertty darn good for me

Thanks for all the feed back guys. I am definitely loving life with this setup. I have been driving it to work and have finally had a chance to get on it the other night and I will say on a cold night there is absolutely NO TRACTION in 3rd gear. The tires are almost new too. I will have to say that is just as fast as I had expected. I cannot wait to get(afford) a set of wheels that can fit a pair of DR's , anyone know if 17" supra tt wheels fit the z? Alberto I think I missed you that night at Chik-fil-a I heard you were showing up but I had to run. Whens the next meet up? Can I borrow your downpipes?

LOL...the final production Forged Performance downpipes are nearly complete. Hang tight....the design and quality will blow away anything currently on the market.

Hey Shervin I think I know your friend Ahmad (sp?). He's from Atlanta but lives in NOVA. He was telling me about how he has a friend with a built TT LS Z. Mike (MDracer76) happened to be standing next to me and said "That's probably Shervin". Anyways good to hear a fellow Z roadie with insane power.

Berto..my cars not quite ready for the track yet but soon.
And ask member NA&CH how fast my car is.He's been for a ride

Ive had a ride also.. and its impressive. The AT shifts well under heavy boost. Cant argue with 440 and low tire spin and my opinion.. but hey, the car's a beast sherv, major props.. veryyy nice setup.

lol - Racing a worked EVO or STI from a dig on the street isn't advisable - SRT4's like most front wheel driver cars, have the same traction problems from a dig and shouldn't be much of an issue. It's a different story at the track with proper tire setup, but on the street 99.9% of the people drive on street tires.

My everyday driver (2006 STI) puts down a bit over 500whp and 490ftlbs and from a dig to around 60-80mph there isn't much that can keep up on street tires... (Sharif had the opportunity to take it for a ride and can confirm) – Now, over 80-100mph I would agree, it's bye bye...
