Exhaust was myself but the exhaust is fine now. TF did all the fixes for the past few days. Fixed the driver side exhaust from all the leaks. Which were there since the car was completed last time cuz its always been this way.

Does anyone here have any problems like this with hiflow cats? If not looks like im gonna be lossing some HP! for hi flows...

I will get out of the car reaking like exhaust / gas... even though I doubt the smell is harmful since its barely noticeable while your in the car.

Once you leave its a different story... its so bad that I can smell it on my skin after taking off the clothes I had on and will literally need to take a shower

Has this happened to anyone else? I loved my Z... but this has really made me question on keeping it...

Any info would help greatly!
I have the same problem. smell is super strong. I'm wondering if a CF hood will help any.. I'm changing the whole exhaust system (for noise reasons) and it may help.. I'll post some results.

My procharged 99' C5 had the same issue. If your running no cats or very straight through cats, theres not much you can do. I would also look for small exhaust leaks and rich conditions. These are the most common problems that leave the cabin reaking.

There is an exhuat leak or gas leak somewhere. Obviously, the problem is isolating the problem. I would start in various areas by checking gaskets etc...until the car is completely checked. It is laborous process but you will find it. I don't think it is a cat problem but who knows.

Tuning Factory went through and fixed a lot of big leaks that were there... its not as bad as it once was. but its still there and I still do not smell clean getting out of it.

im guessing that putting cats on is the next bet? cuz the tune is not running rich at all
