yeah man, wait a week or two and look at my turbo 400 set up, i will be recessing the shifter down into the stock position with the stock plastic back on top of it, it will look stock, then, well, it will hold anything you will throw at it.


1500 -1700 for tranny with warranty good to 1500 hp/tq, 400 flexplate, 300 adapter, and 1 000 000 for the install (what a *****) hehe jk

definitely a winning combo for still less than an upgraded tranny, plus you could sell your stock auto, plus all the upgrades you have so far and have one of the sickests cars around because you will be able to put that power down and it WILL shift...

i mean, the third gear is just like your 4th gear in your auto, so its not too bad, plus the newer trannies have overdrive, i am looking into stuff right now

 

Congrats Ron on a fantastic build and beautiful Z! Awesome numbers with a 5AT on a conservative DD dyno. Come on, now it's the G's turn for a little attention.
