Ive done my searching all day here at work and Im still fighting myself.
Im going to be installing a Greddy TT kit with UTEC and Walbro 255 and going to Sharif at Forged to get tuned for a daily drivin 6 psi.
Now staying with the Greddy 440cc injectors and having goals of 350-380whp at 6psi SHOULD I get the AAM Fuel Return System?
From searching I found out that most ppl are advised if having goals 400+ to equal out pressure to all injectors, but I have different goals, so what do you guys think?

at 6psi its not really needed, but i think you might be surprised at how quickly you will become bored at 6psi when you know that 7+ is only a turn of a **** away
it wouldnt be a bad idea to have it as a sort of "overboost protection" either, just to help your odds if you accidently overboosted.

All I'm going to say is if you decide to go return fuel system go with the CJM system. Many will say it's better.
I'm also up in the air about what to do at 8psi (on TN kit). I think I'm not for now unless the fuel pressure is to high, then I'll go that route no ?'s asked.

I had a fuel pressure problem and was not sure what it was.......many people said it was probably the stock fuel rails/lines/regulator. At that point, I manned up and bought a custom setup from CJM for my sedan. CJM is the only one who makes a sedan fuel system. It turned out that my walbro pump was the problem, but now I have my CJM fuel system and I love it. Actually, I wouldn't have been able to predetermine that my pump was bad if I didn't have the return system.
No fuel smells.
Hot starts are perfect (used ot be a problem before the CJM setup.)
Great customer support, too!!

You don't need a fuel system at that power level.. BUT when you want to turn up the boost you should look into CJM's fuel system.. They got some really high quality stuff and you won't get any gas leaks or fuel smells....
Most people dont like the stock rails because they have a small feed pipe attached to them and they run in a series rather then parallel.. both of which run you risk of pressure drop across the rails and uneven cylinder tuning.
If anyone has that kit that runs the stock rails and starts pushing 450+ thru them - I would recommend also purchasing their fuel pressure gauge tap and running a gauge in your regulator port and your tap port and video tape both gauges during a dyno run to verify the pressure is holding up equal at both ends.
