Default OBD II Error Codes (Under Boist)

I'm running a 2005 350Z automatic with the single turbo Turbonetics kit, with HKS Twin Power DLI, AAM Plenum Spacer and AAM 2 1/2" custom tuned exhaust, UTEC Pro Engine Management, 18" wheels and tires with Rotora 6 POT front and 4 POT rear brake kits, along with the Hotchkiss Stage II suspension kit (sway-bars & lower springs). Everything works fine, except since day 1 the "Service Engine Soon" light comes on and stays on, until the error code is either cleared via the OBD II port, or the battery is disconnected, which essentially clears everything including your programmed radio stations.
Altered Atmosphere, located in Gaithersburg, MD has done almost all the work to date and they can clear the codes, but have been unable make them stay gone.
The error in quesiton is P306, which they told me is a misfire code for cylinder number 6.
I have spoken to Reggie (their senior tech) at Turbonetics and he assures me that these types of codes are normal for any turbocharged or supercharged Z's, regardless of brand.
Reggie suggested checking out the various Z forums to confirm this fact. I did a little looking just today, searching for misfire codes, etc. and did not find anything to substantiate what the manufacture is stating.
Does anyone know whether these error codes are normal for Z's with boist?
Thanks in advance!!

I have almost the smae thing engine wise as you (UTEC, HKS DLI, Motordyne plenum spacer, HKS exhaust and Crawford cats, and JWT TT kit) and I am not getting that error code. Something is wrong if you are getting that code, that cylinder is misfiring somehow.

I am getting P1444, which is emissions related, but it is related to the UTEC and the altitude in Colorado, because other G/Z's in Colorado are throwing that code, whether N/A or F/I.

I would take it back and have them look more into it, rather than just accept it.
