Needing a 44mm gate for 8 PSI on a T3/T4 is misinformation. The overboost problem on the Turbonetics system being the result of a gate that was too small is misinformation. Turbonetics designing the kit that way so they could charge for the overboost pipe is misinformation. Basically everything you posted here.

 

So if i take some 3" mandrel bent pipe and a Vibrant Muffler, I am ripping off AAMs 3" exhaust design? If i use a magnaflow with my own pipe im ripping off thier design? Im sorry but your wrong. It is not theft. You know as well as anyone else there is only room to run pipe up that side for a single turbo, so its not stealing.

EDIT: Improvement upon an already manufactured kit does warrant some respect. How many of you guys have taken a turbo kit design and made it gobs better? Not just swapping out BOVs and Waste Gates....but actually improving design.

All I do care about is you misleading turbo newbs into thinking they need a $900 wastegate to run 5 PSI on a T3 turbo. this thread actually entertains me lol! I like it a lot. Anyways it is getting old and long and OLD SCHOOL is right. But for the sake of keeping this thread alive 60MM $900 wastegate? wow. I use a XSPOWER 46MM i got for like $100 shipped to me. It controls my boost extremely well. I can tell your getting mad mia cuase your posting over and over and over. But I am posting a lot too. This thread should get stickied. I wonder what the mods are thinking about all this lol. I would imagine they are laughing. well mia good luck doing what you do at Tn and I will continue smashing up tin cans for mufflers and turbos and stuff.
