Please do yourself a favor and read, read, read, do it for hours at a time. The more you know the better off you are. Until you save $$$ for a tune, if you have to drive it, go very easy, no racing, no WOT. Good luck.

so some guys are *******s on here and some guys are helpfull..... i like the helpfull ones....like alberto like he takes me seriously. yes i have to drive it so i will be easy on it. Now is texas the cloest one to tune? noone in kansas city? or okc?

Check out Nu-Line Motorsports in Tulsa, ask for Nathan Downs. They don't specialize in the G or Z, but he works wonders on domestics. He'll be able to give you a good estimate on how your engine is doing.
And like I said, a few of us are having the hesitation issues at around 5,000 RPM. You shouldn't have any trouble driving it around normally- I have for months now. Just try not to knock it off the fuel cut [or whatever the hell it is].
Until then, it may be as late as Spring Break before I can get the car back down to SGP to have the problem settled.
