Expect to spend at least 5k after all is said and done for a built bottom end. Don't let that $1,099 fool you.... Talk to your shop and don't bother looking at Ebay for these things even though the Eagle rods and Arias Pistons are a great choice

TT, meaning twin turbo? 485tq is probably no problem with a twin turbo kit
increasing displacement with a supercharger only increases the power in the form of the NA power gain. The vortech and all other superchargers for the Z don't have a wastegate to maintain a constant boost pressure. Actually the supercharger only makes what it makes so it doesn't have extra power to bleed off out a wastegate
the 4.2 liter would probably gain 45 or so tq at the wheels
