A Different VRT Story

As I was reading, I kept expecting the worse. Honestly, what I've read about some engine builders in the past, is really disappointing. Great to hear that VRT is doing everything they can, and not making you jump through any hoops or b.s. Pretty rare these days, it seems...
Happy to read about your positive atitude, whitenight, during a bad situation.
I think someone in this post had it, I think there are plenty of good shops out there, and it sounds like VRT is one of them. Yet, I think some people go in to a shop with a negative atitude and every small thing that goes wrong justifies their negativity.
The way I see it is find a shop you are happy with and stick with them, through the good and the bad. Shops are run by people, and we all make mistakes, it is how the people at the shops deal with them that separates the good ones from the bad ones!
My hats off to you at VRT, you obviously learned that problems are not problems at all, just a new oppourtuinties.
