search is your friend. I would spend sometime looking around in the FI area of the forum.

I had 435 rwhp and 391 rwtq on my APS TT with stock block. The tune was pretty safe and I drove it hard almost everyday. Had 15k on the motor with FI.

Out of the box ccokie cutter tune, about 360-380, however if you run a little more pre-load on the actuators it will make more power.

420whp @ 8psi. 32K miles on stock block, 8k on the turbos. I daily drive it when the weather is nice (anything but snow or ice).

I'm guessing 380-400whp on the out-of-box tune at 10 psi. Only drive it 1-2 times a week...just over 5k miles with the kit.

id stay under 400rwhp if i were you.. just to be safe and if its your only car.. trust me thats more than enough for a daily driver.

you can tune it up to 420+ but just tune it under 400 and you will be a happy camper

Its all about TQ, once you don't go too crazy and have a great tune, you'll be fine.
