I believe i bent a valve. The clicking sounds goes on and off. If the car is on longer idle then the sounds goes louder. PLease check out the video and give me feedbacks about what to do. And how can i get started to fix this problem. thanks

Well its either a dead valve or some severe rod knock.

OMG, that is horribly loud. Never start that engine again. Tear it down and get to work on it. That motor is done.

i poped a oil line and did an oil change not too long ago. im sure its gone but how do i start building?

Contact one of the vendors on here, plenty of good engine builders.
Forged Performance, GTM, BuiltZmotors, all good.
