Well as to the Stage 2 stuff pick the latest Moddified Mag. and look at the cover car 240 VQ swap and ohhhh Stage 2 TN kit....hummmm 340hp@ 4 pds...640hp something @ high boost....My guess is that its not to far off(if its on a cover of a mag.)

If you've got your piping and ac line wrapped and this stuff doesn't insulate it then you pretty much fail at life.

And as far as not tuning your car it was all tied in together and you were told not to return to the shop. Any more trash you want me to refute???
