Kevins SFR TT Dyno Day
It's funny during the dyno, I purposely set myself in areas that if it blew up, I wouldn't take a connecting rod to the forehead. It's just really intimidating sounding/feeling....my fears were not base on the soildness of the car, just "fight or flight" instincts. Video doesn't do it justice...you gotta be there.
On that note, this is a cheap/crappy/tiny video camera that I throw in the "glove box" for the purpose of 1/4 mile tracking. I am putting the vids on the my350z server but I don't think it will improve a whole lot.
P.S. Kevin helped me do my Turbo too which is faultless. Somebody needs to offer this guy a job doing this **** for a living!!!!!

We didnt do much except offer him some customer support. He bought the kit off of Meatbag for a good price. He did a fantastic installation.I give him mad props on it! I am not sure of which clutch he is using.I think it is relatively new.If I remember correctly he was worried about the clutch after his last dyno session. But only Kevin knows for sure.
Vids can be downloaded..
Right Click Save Video 1

I am still trying to figure out how play the video in its own window..
Also, we cannot embed videos here at my350z
Wondering if the admins or mods can turn this on..??

Also, its pretty easy to get a DynoJet to measure even 1400whp without resorting to putting extra weight/people in the trunk. The local dynojet we use for independent power measurement, straps the cars over the control arms, thus pulling the car tightly down into the rollers. If you just to try to hold the car back, it will spin even at 500whp.

+1 on that. I witnessed Sound Performance's shop supra put down just over 1400rwhp on their mustang dyno with only one person sitting in the hatch on crappy 275 street tires. No spinning at all when it was strapped down correctly.
Hot numbers though...very cool.

SAE correction should NOT be used at elevation on a forced induction vehicle. Weren't you a part of this discussion before???
