Default Its ON!

Well I finally decided to go FI so settled on the jwt tt kit, and I just got to say that it kicks ***! Took to the button willow for a shake down. and the car preformed flawlessly. Thanks to mike and every one else at VRT. The car itself is still not finished because I am in bad need of some suspension and grip, but by the end of the month I should be done. Then I can start on the body. Anyway here are some pics .

Like I said the car is not done yet still need to paint the cage and interior. Its stock internals through and through not even cams yet. at the stock boost which I think is 6 or 7 psi in its first dyno made 425 whp, it now runs at a detuned 402whp for safety reasons because I dont want to blow it before I build it. At the track it was still spanking vetts left and right so I don't see the need to raise boost at all till the motor gets done. The cage is a 10 point 4130 cromoly tig welded beast with all the stress plates on every point where it contacts the chassis. It is a lot lighter than your normal industrial strength steel and stronger too. The car is also pretty much fully gutted too.
The plentium is a vrt proto that it amazing. throttle response and is better then with the kinetix ssv and it idles and runs like stock. A much better design than it as well imo. I also noticed that alot of the fi cars have startability issues as well idle problems, this plentium fixed all that was wrong with my car and runs great now. Vrt is definitly on top of there sh**! Thanks mike
