This is really bothering me. I have dealt with SGP on numerous occasions and I would have expected them to respond by now.

 

you're right about the wastegate kit, like i said i wasn't defending at all i was just saying i think that's the one you got, either way there still is a huge difference in price! honestly mark saved my life last week with my car in shambles and i appreciate everything he's done for me, he even stayed an extra day and i can't thank him enough. my car still needs to go to SGP though and it will do so tomorrow morning i believe. i know it sux Gman but if you do put forth the effort (not like you haven't already) to get these refunds and what not done at SGP i'm sure something will happen for you. keep us updated and glad Sam could help you out, i've heard great things about him as well

lol, i haven't heard anyone ripping me for it yet, i'm not actually but i wish i was since they're a pricey bunch! haha i am unbiased with my opinions and from my personal experience i will go no matter what, and Gman won't haha, that's just the way the cookie crumbles!

I have heard 1st person acounts about experiences with ALLLL of the shops on this board, both good and bad. It just sucks that you can't bring your car somewhere knowing whole heartedly that you are not getting bent over and screwed.

 

Yup. There are only 4 shops out there that I would trust my car to out of all the shops and thats kinda sad.

 

yep even the shops i trust i never have full faith that everything will be perfect when i pick up the car. I learned how to work on cars with my old car so i try to do most of my work myself now(except tunning)

 

wow just got through reading all this chit!!! sorry GMAN and i would think if someone is spending money doesnt matter the amount but in this case 20+ thousand i think that they should have done the work right the first time then went over their work over and over before allowing the car or motor to be sent home!!

also with them not making a comment on the subject here i have no reason otherwise to believe that SGP has no arguement on their side, however i think they should make the wrong right even though it has been a little time but with this info and many other that i myself have heard being near SGP and the other that haev came out through this thread i would think they would like to keep there name in high standards

i was going to go through SGP to do my FI build not now, not so much for lack of words messing up but for the fact they havent showed class by responding to this thread and from what has been stated here showing class to gman by not trying to make the wrong right
