You need a fuel pressure regulator (or FMU as vortech calls it) that will increase the pressure of the fuel when the boost goes up.
You can get another fuel pressure management system but since you have the vortech FMU why not just use that?
I think the utech might have a controller or something that does it but i'm not sure. When i thought about switching to utec i was goign to keep my vortech FMU. It's easy to install and works perfectly fine.

Stock, the car doesnt have a return system so you cannot use a FPR.
You use either the UTEC/fuel pump/injector or the ss box/vortech FMU.
You do not use both. You only use a FPR if you have a return system

The combo of utec Walbro and 440 inj's alone might be marginal for maintaing necessary A/F ratio during boost / or resulting in a high injector duty cycle.. A RFS would be a nice copliment for safety and peace of mind.

this picture shows the right and wrong way to install the tensioner bolt for the cog belt (not to be confused with the stock tensioner pulley for the main belt)
Okay fellas, I thought I had this in incorrectly so I followed the Pics here, and now after about a week I noticed my cog best is starting to shred on the back side.... I am about to call cortech and order a new one but I why is it doing it?

I have this part number from vortech on the belt ( 6008MGT-20 ) for the cog belt. They say its for the 03-04 non-revup kit, but they have been wrong before. Can anyone confirm this?

So If I plan on having Technosquare dyno tune the car instead of the SS box/FMU, all I really need is the tuner kit with Injectors/FP? My goal is having a safe daily driver and am not concerned with going over 400whp. I am aiming at 350-375 for engine longevity. Also, would my stock injectors work for my goals?
EDIT: I forgot to add I have the revup with 5/16,MREV2,Nismo Catback.

I have a revup kit with spacer and vortech with 440cc walboro and UPREV. If you're in socal, why dont' u go to church automotive with sean? I had awesome experience there. Not sure if I would let technosquare touch my FI car. for NA yes, but for FI, rather go to church

Although I'm sure Technosquare will probably do a good job as well, I've had good experiences at Church Automotive...
Also, you gotta grab the used Revup Vortech kits as soon as they come out as they are fairly rare...I got mine from sweettalker
I think you can probably use the non-revup kit if you buy the revup kit mounting plate...I think...someone correct me on this if I'm wrong...

<-- also part of the "Church automotive" experience ! great service btw 10/10. informed me on every step in the tuning process and helped me with my fuel leak situation as well as my misfire problem that prevented us getting it tuned. Did a very safe tune at 420 rwhp , car is going strong 5000 miles later. He didnt even charge me to keep my car there while i was working on it after work.
