depends on what internal engine mods you have that will give you more than 630 whp.. and i would say 21 PSI to 22 PSI is out of steam... still efficient at 20 PSI..

I know about the EGT's and its a supercharger I run with a psi rating of 26psi , not a turbo .

I know bro.. I should.. This last finishing bit is killing me. As for taking it easy... I had a goal when I really decided to go all the way... I have changed it a few times based on things that have happened, but my next goal will be interesting if I can achieve it.
I had a great time on the Dragon, gotta give you props... you and your Cali driving buddy got some mad carving skills..
Can't wait for the next time...

Glad the car worked out as well as it did. It is an amazing powerband....definitely enjoy the heck out of it. Isn't it just a great feelign to have a car setup this perfectly.... Amazing.

good luck in the future. Sam IS THE MAN, simple as that.

also note that carv2 is using the AAM external fuel pump. it's loud but it flows alot more than the single pump kits out there. i'll be using the same setup that carv2 rocks, plus cams, but minus the fuel setup. i'll use the cjm setup until phunk or some other company comes out with a twin tank setup. which means i'll be limited to 550-580whp for the forseeable future.

i havent seen enough examples of the twin pump kits on the street yet. i've heard of a couple of street cars, but mainly the shop cars are still r&d'ing them. someone can chime in if i'm mistaken. i'll be doing 750cc rc's and we will take them to the limit and then back off a little for street use. the only other option i've seen is going with a 1000cc injector and tuning with the fcon. i was really close to going with the AAM external pump but the noise was a little too much for me to bear in the G. hopefully i'll have the car back by the middle of june with break-in and tuning done by the first july.

then why were you contemplating getting the aps extreme kit? you already have the aps tt and a built motor. all you need if the fcon, and new fuel setup, and some tuning.

great numbers!, but I'm confused about the timing as well... to make 600+rwhp on 14-15psi, on stock greddy turbos, without running
more than 10 degrees of timing up top seems to be completely impossible...
what else do you have done to the car?

The FCON is a great engine management and has been known to be ble to extract the most amount of power out of a FI setup, but typically, to get over 600rwhp, on a stock greddy td0518g, you are going to need to run some pretty aggressive timing advnce if only pushing 14-15psi, aggressive as in; high octane fuel and 17/18 degrees advance up top.

Please reveal the secret.

I'd also like to know how you hit those big numbers with such a low boost. not doubting the #'s but would like to know how it was achieved.

That dynograph is look very close to the GTM 4.2L @ 12 or 13psi, I don't remeber very well.
Maybe he didnt tell to us his was stroke to 4.2L, and with 4.2L obviously is possible to made that power with 14psi and timing no more than 10 degrees

Man, you don't need anything else to get 550-560whp out of your APS kit. I had the regular old plane jane AAM Stage1 and single walbro, 1000cc injectors, and FCON. I got to 550whp easily, with fuel to spare.

I"m just going by what Sam told me while he was on the dyno. I do know for sure that the headwork and cams made a huge difference. But please ask Sam any further questions because i really don't know
