1. Turbonetics turbo 9psi, Utec tuned by MRC,Car had 45,000, 500 miles so far and still going, 380rwhp and 420ftlbs.

2. APS TT, FCon Vpro tuned by non other than Sam@GTM ; Over 20k miles boosted, 550rwhp@14psi, Blew at Willow Springs after an entire day and 100 miles of abuse on the track at 14psi and over 20k FI miles (although not all at this high of a power level) Snapped a rod

3. GReddy TT, RevUp motor, UTEC tuned by AAM. 469rwhp/434rwtq @ 10psi. BOOM! just after 4,000 miles boosted *Built motor / new FI setup in process

4. APS TT 9psi, Tuned by Japtrix, Unichip, 15k miles, 437rwhp 391rwtq, never blew, decided to build motor for more boost+power.

5. Greddy TT@8.5psi 400whp Tuned by Forged, emanage Ultimate, 12K Miles, never blew, decided to build for more power.

6. Greddy TT@ 9psi ???whp tuned by me, UTEC, 2k miles, not blown yet...

so im seeing all of these ppl's engine blowing up and all. and how much money are u guys spending to fix the repairs? cuz im currently looking for a kit

Awesome thread! Im thinking really hard about going and taking out another BIG loan and build and turbo my car! Does anybody have this set up? JWT TT 700bb Kit on stock or built motor? Im **** gonna make my own thread about this question but seeing thus far if anybodys running it!

Vortech Supercharger 9psi. 380/325 with Utec. Under 200 miles so far with the supercharger with less than 30k on the car.

Agreed - but I think it's important to take the total expense into account when boosting a NA car. Something I too overlooked my first go-round... You guys offering a warranty for stock blocks is CRAZY and I'm glad that there's finally some options for guys out there looking to go that route. But personally speaking, I would never go that route again.

16. Turbonetics and Greddy Twin Turbos: ~400 whp for 16k miles combined. 11k with turbonetics and 5k with greddy. No real issues, turbonetics was tuned by Sharif and Greddy was tuned by Chris Macellero both using UTEC. 35k when installed. 51k now and running strong

17. TN installed by me and GTM, "very modded" 400hp & 390TQ 1500 miles no issues yet. Utec & Tuner, Tuned By Sam@GTM

21. Vortech 9psi 410rwhp,337 trq stock block, 7k miles and running like a champ. My research and this thread proves that 400rwhp / 9-10psi is about the max mark before you need a build motor.
