Congrats! This is with the Torco C18 fuel?
Fuel is actually Klotz C118 which is a true r+m/2 118 octane fuel. And it smells really nice too.
What kinda testpipes are you running? Are you using the stock greddy downpipes?
Turbo XS test pipes and standard Greddy downpipes. This car is the ultimate sleeper.
We need a intake plenum fast, that power drop at the end is crazy.
The sharp drop-off is the rev limiter.

Yeah i did, but now it is boosting more. The A/F still looks good, but dont know about the timing? Need to see what you think.

What was the total price of that simple build? I want to go the same route with ONLY the pistons and the rods changed out with a fresh bore.

it's not that it was "simple"... it's just that we left off the headwork... with everything, expect over 20k...

Man those numbers are horrible for a built bottem end with no head work, You sux J.....

wow 20k.. i guess that includes the labor of uninstall/install the engine, engine build itself and the turbo install. thanks for the info

The "simple" buildup was about $10K, but like many projects, the customer decides that they want to add more goodies as the project progresses. We also found quite a few defective/broken pieces from the previous stock block buildup, that needed replacing as well. We discovered one of the worst attempts at a return fuel system I have ever seen.

yeah, i guess i could have mentioned all the "oh! i want!"s... but, the bulk came from replacing all of the crap that was on the car... and you didn't like the return fuel system?? i made that special out of McDonald's straws JB Weld'ed together...

Stock fuel rails, that had been VERY poorly welded with fittings that leaked. Then, just about every hand made SS line and fitting was leaking, and the fuel pump assembly was sealed with JB weld and some kind of unknown substance. And of course, there was no siphon correct kit.

Stormcrow's car smelled like the inside of a fuel tanker. One flick of a bic, and the car was likely to explode!
