hi, i have a g35 with greedytwin 6-speed manual, and i was thinking to change the diferential for the automatic diferential,i think my dif,is 3.67 and the auto in 3.33. the question is what are the benefits, the car will make more speed? for drag will be good? thanks for any help that you can give.

I am planning to go with a 3.3 once the engine is built.

This topic has been discussed quite a few times on this forum.

The 3.3 is longer gearing. It helps because you don't 'run out' of rpms in each gear. Like if your stock MPH in 1st gear is 30, then it will be like 32-33 with the longer gears. You will have a higher top speed potential, but the lower gears do not rev up as fast.

You are def a candidate for this FD. Other than running slicks or wide DR's Id imagine you couldnt hook up until 3rd, maybe 4th.

3.3 FD for the manual tranny is almost mandatory for anyone running FI IMO... Definitely consider getting this done at those power levels.
