oh, don't even pretend... you know you did it! and you installed my vortech where it was sucking instead of blowing! i hit -30 vacuum at WOT and put down 40rwhp on the "heartbreaker"!

For tightening the cog belt wouldn't it be opposite logic. Because the belt stretches at it gets hotter, would it not get more loose? So making it tight when cold makes sense, similar to the serp belts where you pmly want a little bit of play. Or am I totally wrong?

My serp belt gets tighter when hot..(Gates) The Cogger also gets tighter as evidenced by gretaer tq. to turn the idler when hot...

How far down the adjustment slot are your guys' tensioner bolt set? Mine was all the way down, but since some people are saying that too tight when cold is bad, I adjusted it to only 3/4 the way down. I can twist the cog belt almost 90 degrees at the bottom now. Good or bad?

freekin crappy vortech instructions. for the non rev-up (section 5) it tells you exactly how to mount the idler. For the rev-up it just says to refer to pictures 6-e and 6-f (which there is no 6-e). So I have mine on WRONG. I just guessed when I installed, now looking back at the non rev-up instructions + this post I need to go back and change mine

the instructions actually say the right way but then i believe there is a picture that shows it in backwards...
